CSR Job Duties:

  • Service customer calls to a NY state funded program.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding account maintenance, violations, billing, tolls, etc., as well as research and resolve problems in accordance with the state funded program.
  • Disseminate information on a variety of state funded program-related topics using training materials, handouts and online tools.
  • Manage call lengths and adhereto a predetermined level of productivity and quality standards.
  • Research and resolve customer’s disputes and inquires with the intention of maintaining satisfied customers
  • Perform appropriate transaction(s), complete corresponding outbound correspondence, and complete internal documentation and hand-offs using a computerized system.
  • Meet or exceed minimum standards for production and accuracy depending on assignment.
  • Perform account updates in strict adherence to departmental policy and procedures.

Training starts Monday, September 9 and lasts 3 weeks. Training hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm. Work schedule after training: Must be able to work 40 hours during call center hours: Monday through Friday 8 am - 7:15 pm AND Saturday 8 am - 2:15 pm. Mandatory overtime when in place - must be able to work an additional 5 hours.

Pay: $12.50 hr

Primary Duties:

Provides support to business operations such as image & data capture, and/or document/transaction content management. May perform processing tasks in one or more of the following areas:

  • Reading and analyzing pictures on a computer screen for NY State Tolls by Mail.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • At least 18 years old and a High School Diploma/GED is required

4. IT Production Control Associate

As an IT Production Control Associate, you will be responsible for providing desktop support in an environment that has several hundred PCs, laptops, network printers, scanners, and other various equipment connected to workstations. You will be working to support both external/ internal customers and vendors. The IT team also tests and deploys new servers, workstations, operating system upgrades, as well as third party vendor software upgrades. Additionally, the team performs systems monitoring and scheduled reporting for compliance purposes, assists users with general technical issues such as password re-setting, account creation and maintenance, as well as inventory management.

Daily operations run from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturday and your 40 hour per week schedule may be modified from time to time to meet requirements. In addition to the above duties, you may be assigned other duties at the discretion of management.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries
